1. Make a semi hard dough by adding dry grated coconut, milk powder, icing sugar and milk.
Take some dough. Make disc on palm and stuff some roasted and crumbled dry fruits
Make ball of it
Then in double boiler melt milk chocolate slab
Add some crumbled dry fruits in melted chocolate then dip the dry fruit stuff coconut balls in melted chocolate.
Put the chocolate dipped coconut balls on butter paper or plastic , garnish with mix color chocolate vermicelli and deep freeze for 10 minutes
You can also make only coconut chocolate balls

You can store it in room temperature..can use sugar instead of icing sugar.
