Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup boiled noodles

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper1 cup paneer

  • 1 green chilli (optional)

  • 1 chop onion

  • 2 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1/4 tsp haldi

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 cup red and green capsicum

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

    Heat water add oil and salt

    Boil noodles

    When boil remove from water

    Crumble paneer add onion and chilli in a bowl

    Add spices in paneer

  • 06

    Take flour and add oil,salt and make dough

    Take a wok and heat oiladd both capsicums and cook

    Add salt,pepper,flakes,haldi,red chilli powder and noodles

    Mix all of them

    Add some sauce and mix all of them

    Make balls of dough and make tortilla

    Cook from both sides make rolls of paneer and shallow fry them

    Now take totila and add butter and flip it

    Spread sauce upon it

    Arrange lettuce and put noodles

    And spread them

    Then add paneer roll on it and again add noodles

    And make a roll

    Wrap in a foil

    Serve with onion rings and sauce
