Soak tamarind ball in water for 10 min.
Sieve it
Add jaggery in water and boil it till dissolve
Sieve it and keep aside
Heat kadhai and add tamarind paste
Add jaggery in it and cook till thick
Add salt,hing and puliyogare powder and mix
In other pan for tadka heat oil
Add mustard seeds and red chilli
Add peanuts and chana daal
Roast them and add curry leaves
And seasme seeds on low heat
Turn off gas
Add tadka in tamarind paste
And add boiled rice,mix properly
Can give your kid in lunch box also with curd or as it is
