300 gram okra (washed, wiped and chopped)
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp salt
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, chillies.
Add the okra , turmeric powder or haldi
Mix it well. Season with salt and let it cook uncovered unless okra shrink in size.
When it's done serve hot with chapati.
