Mix all dals and rice and grind them dry coarsely (like semolina).
Grind moong sprouts coarsely.
Mix all the ingredients and grated vegetable and mix well.
Add little water as per required and mix well.
Make a small round balls.
Put a balls in a greased thali and put them in a steamer and steam for about 10 to 15 minutes.
For tempering heat oil in a pan add the musterd seeds, when the seeds is start popping add the sesame seeds, silted green chillies, curry leaves, and chopped garlic.
Add steamed balls and mix well.
Garnish with cheese coriander leaves and pack in a tiffin box along with a salsa sauce.
