Preheat oven to 180 and line cake tin
Sieve Besan, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder in a bowl. Keep it aside
In a bowl whisk eggs, add sugar , oil and vanilla extract. Mix well
Add milk and whisk well
Add dark chocolate and whisk well
Gradually add dry ingredients and whisk until well combined
Pour batter into prepared cake tin
Bake for 30-45 minutes until done. Allow to cool for 30 minutes
Demould and cool completely on wire rack
For chocolate glaze: mix butter, sugar, melted chocolate and boiling water until well combined
Pour glaze over chocolate. Sprinkle nuts if required. Slice and serve
