Boiled pasta in a enough water and then keep a side
Boiled spinach for 10 minutes then drain water and make a puree
Now in a bowl add milk or half cup of spinach puree mix it well
In a wok heat oil add onion saute for a while then add black pepper and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute
Now add spinach and coconut milk mixture in a wok saute and mix well
Now add boiled pasta and mix it well
Add chili flakes & salt mix well
When pasta and sauce mix well and there is no remaining sauce then off the flame
Topped with some chilli flaxes and serve hot
