Mix all ingredients of dough except oil for frying, make a soft dough, cover and keep aside for 10 min
Now make ball's and it in katori
Keep oil on pan to heat Add these katori in oil to deep fry them
Remove on absorbent paper to remove excess oil
Meanwhile in other pan add oil,cumin
When it crackles add ginger garlic paste and saute till it changes color
Add Onion's n saute till translucent
Add tomatoes saute little
add dry masala and little water so it gets mix nicely
saute till it leave's oil
Add urad dal n little water so it gets cooked properly
Cover and cook, stir occasionally in between
When dal is soft n start leaving oil
Now assemble them and garnish with onions, cucumber n coriander leave's n sever hot
