Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1/2 nos chopped onion


  • 1/2 nos chopped tomato


  • 3-4 nos mushroom chopped


  • 2 piece brochholi chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup


  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1 tbsp boiled corns


  • 1/2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take a kadai and add oil to it.
  • Now add chopped onion and saute it for 1 min.
  • After it add tomato,boiled corns,brochholi and mushrooms.
  • Saute it and add all the dry spice seasoning.
  • Mix it properly and cover it with the lid for 2 min.
  • After 2 min add tomato ketchup.
  • Mix it properly and switch off the flame.
  • Now take 1 slice of kulcha
  • Stuff it with this vegetable stuffing.
  • on this, put the other one
  • now heat the flat pan and brush it with ghee or butter.
  • Place the stuffed kulcha on heated pan and medium the flame.
  • now after half to one min,flip the kulcha and bake it on the other side.
  • When it gets brown from both the sides ,switch off the flame
  • Transfer it to the plate.
  • Serve this stuff kulcha with thai sauce or any dip you like.
