Ingredients

Serves 1

  • wheat flour Dough for 2 chapatis

  • 2 tsp oil

  • For filiing

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 chopped capsicum

  • 1/4 chopped cabbage

  • 2 tsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tap salt

  • 1/3 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp oil

  • For garnishing

  • 2 tsp long strips of cabbage

  • 2 tsp stripes of tomato

  • 2 tsp stripes of cucumber

Directions

    Using dough make two rectangular chapatis .

  • 02

    When chapatis are ready cut them into two halves.

  • 03

    For filling ...saute all the vegetables, add sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

    Fill the chapati pockets with prepared filling n garnish with tomato,cabbage n cucumber stripes.

    Vegetables pockets are ready, pack them with kids favourite sauce.
