Ingredients
Serves 1
wheat flour Dough for 2 chapatis
2 tsp oil
For filiing
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped capsicum
1/4 chopped cabbage
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp mayonnaise
1/2 tap salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tsp oil
For garnishing
2 tsp long strips of cabbage
2 tsp stripes of tomato
2 tsp stripes of cucumber
Directions
Using dough make two rectangular chapatis .
When chapatis are ready cut them into two halves.
For filling ...saute all the vegetables, add sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Fill the chapati pockets with prepared filling n garnish with tomato,cabbage n cucumber stripes.
Vegetables pockets are ready, pack them with kids favourite sauce.
