Brownie: 1) 1 n hlf cup All Purpose Flour 2) 1 cup Butter 3) 1/4 cup Chocolate 4) 1 cup Sugar 5) 1 tsp Baking Powder 6) 1/2 cup Cocoa 7) 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 8} 4 Eggs Strawberry Swirl: 1) 1 cup Whip Cream 2) 2 tbsp Icing Sugar 3) 1/4 cup Strawberry (chopped) 4) 1/2 tsp Strawberry Essence
Directions
Brownie: ....melt butter with chocolate in microwave, mix well... Beat eggs, sugar n essence till fluffy n sugar melted add sifted flour with cocoa n baking powder mix well add in butter mixture n fold in well... Pour on greased tray n bake in oven on 170 C till done... Let it cool, cut any shape you desire... Strawberry Swirl: ....beat whip cream just before it forms peaks add icing sugar n essence n beat till peaks formed... Fold in chopped strawberries n top up the brownie
