melt the dark chocolate then put in cup cakes mould paper like a coating from inside and keep in freeze for 30 minutes
now soak the rice in water for 30 minutes
boil milk a pan when milk start boiling reduce flame cook for 10 minutes
now grind rice and make a fine paste
mix coco powder and coconut milk together
pour rice paste in boiling milk slowly slowly and stir continues lumps should not come
now coconut and coco powder mix in boiling milk also
cook on medium flame for 5 minutes then add sugar
cook until thick consistency then off heat let it cool down
now remove chocolate cups from freeze remover and separate paper from them
pour phirni in cups and garnish with chopped dry fruits
