Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup sprouted kala chana boiled
1/2 cup green peas
2-3 tblspn roasted peanuts
3-4 tblspn finely chopped onion
1 large tomatoe finely chopped
2 green chillies chopped
2 tblspn fresh coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tspn chat masala powder
1/2 tspn roasted cumin powder
1/3 tspn black salt
2 tspn lemon juice or according to taste
2 tblspn sev namkeen
Directions
In a large bowl take 1 cup boiled sprouted kala chana.
Now add green peas roasted in 2-3 drop oil.
Add finely chopped Onion , chopped tomatoes , green chillies and fresh Coriander leaves.
Add chat masala powder , roasted cumin powder , black salt and lemon juice and mix well.
Before serving add roasted peanuts and sev. Enjoy....
