Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200g chocolate chip cookies

  • 100g melted butter

  • 500ml chocolate ice-cream adjust

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate shavings to garnish

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream to garnish optional

Directions

  • 01

    Grind chocolate chip cookies to crumbs

  • 02

    Add melted butter to it and mix well

  • 03

    Add crumbs to pie dish and level evenly over bottom and sides of dish

  • 04

    Chill crust for 30 minutes

  • 05

    Add chocolate ice-cream and level evenly

  • 06

    Cover with wrap and freeze for 5-7 hours

  • 07

    Garnish with chocolate shavings

  • 08

    Alternatively whipped cream with chocolate also can be used

  • 09

    Slice and serve cold
