Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Rajma ( kidney beans ) 500 gm


  • Tomoto 200 gm


  • Ginger 1 inch


  • Onian 2


  • Salt 2 tspn


  • Cumin 1/2 tspn


  • Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tspn


  • Red chilli powder 1 tspn


  • Coriander powder 1 tspn


  • Garam masala 1 tspn

Directions

  • Soak rajma overnight.
  • In a cooker add soaked rajma . Salt 1 tspn . Add 2 cup water . Let it cook till 4 whistles. Or for 30 minuets
  • Grind onian ginger together.
  • Grind tomatoes.
  • In a cooker add oil add onion paste . Fry it for 5 minuets. Add tomato paste . And fry it for 5 minuets. Add dry spices and salt
  • Now add boiled rajma in this spice mixture. Add water ( strained rajma water ) and let it cook for another 20 minuets.
