For uttapam , grease the tawa with oil.
Pour dosa batter but dont spread it as we are making Small uttapams.
Put some pieces of chopped tomato, sprinkle salt n mirch powder, if uttapam is too thick cover it with plate to make the cooking faster. Then turn the side of uttapam n cook till both the sides become lil golden, apply lil bit oil if required.
Repeat the same process to make more uttapams using other chopped vegetables.
Plate (or pack )the delicious uttapam with favourite dips. I am sure kids going to love this colourful meal.
