Ingredients

  • Paneer 1 cups

  • grated cheese 2 tbsp

  • Curry powder 1 tbsp

  • kasori methi 1 tbsp

  • Paprika powder 1 tsp

  • Corn flour 1/4 cups

  • Rice powder 1/2 cups

  • Gram flour 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • chopped green chillies 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients one by one then grind it well make smooth paste.Then pour the batter into a muduku maker or in a star nozzle piping bag and squeeze the batter out and deep fry the same till golden brown in color,your paneer kathi is ready to serve.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese.
