Ingredients

  • 1 cups rajma( 5,7 hours ke liye bhigo de)


  • 6 tsp mustard oil


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic pest


  • 2 bowls tomato(chopped)


  • 3 tsp tomato puree


  • 2 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric pwd


  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli pwd


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin pwd


  • 1 tsp amchur pwd


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 sprig fresh coriander leave

Directions

  • ek cooker me rajma 3 cups water aur 2 tsp salt dal ke gass par rakh de 4,5 whistle ane tak uske bad gass off kare
  • Ek pain me oil dale onion aur ginger garlic pest dal ke brown hone tak bhoon le chopped tomato dal de sath me puree add kare ache se cook kare isme coriander pwd, turmeric pwd, kashmiri red chilli pwd, roasted cumin pwd, aur amchur pwd, dal ke low flame me Fri kare rajma aur water dal de sath me garam masala add kare low flame me 10,15 tak Cook kare ..jarurat ke according salt dal de aur aur 5 min bad gass off kare garnish kare fresh coriander se....
