Preheat oven to 180 C. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Mix walnuts.
Now take a baking dish square or rectangular and greased it and then dusted.
Beat butter and sugar. Add maida in butter and mix, add curd and mix.
Then slowly add milk. Add vanilla and chocolate essence. Pour this mixture into baking dish and spread some chopped walnuts over it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut 2
For chocolate sauce, heat 3 tablespoons cream and add chocolate pieces to melt. Mix it well. Now our chocolate sauce is ready.
Assembling: lightly heat the sizzler plate and plate on the wooden tray. Pour 4 tablespoon chocolate sauce and spread.
Place brownie and top one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top 2 tablespoon chocolate sauce over it.
