Dry roast rava and keep aside.
Heat water in separate vessel.
In a pan heat oil, let splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, Channa dal, red chilli.
Add roasted groundnut, curry leaves, chopped onion
Fry till translucent, add roasted rava.
Add chopped tomato, sweet corn, ginger, green chilli.
Saute well.
Add boiling water and give a stir.
Add salt, turmeric powder, allow it to cook until water completely evaporate.
Add coconut gratings, mix and serve in hot.
