Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Rava 1 cup


  • Sweet corn 1 cup


  • Onion chopped 1 cup


  • Tomato chopped 1 cup


  • Grated coconut 1/2 cup


  • Cooking oil 3 tsp


  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp


  • Urad dal 1 tsp


  • Channa dal 1 tsp


  • Curry leaves 1 string


  • Red chilli 1


  • Green chilli 2 chopped


  • Ginger chopped 1 inch


  • Water 3 cup


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1 generous pinch


  • Roasted groundnut 2 tsp

Directions

  • Dry roast rava and keep aside.
  • Heat water in separate vessel.
  • In a pan heat oil, let splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, Channa dal, red chilli.
  • Add roasted groundnut, curry leaves, chopped onion
  • Fry till translucent, add roasted rava.
  • Add chopped tomato, sweet corn, ginger, green chilli.
  • Saute well.
  • Add boiling water and give a stir.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, allow it to cook until water completely evaporate.
  • Add coconut gratings, mix and serve in hot.
