Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer 200 g


  • Green peas 1 cup


  • 10-12 mint leaves


  • 2 green chilli


  • 1 medium size onion finely chopped


  • 1 medium size tomato finely chopped


  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 1/ 2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/ 2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1 tablespoon oil


  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • 3 cardamoms


  • 1 cinnamon stick


  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream


  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Blanch the green peas and put in a blender jar
  • Add mint leaves green chilli and make a fine paste
  • Cut the paneer in cubes
  • Take a pan add 1 teaspoon butter and fry the paneer cubes for half minute and take it out
  • In the same pan add oil and add whole garam masala
  • Then add onion and cook for a minute
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute
  • Then add finely chopped tomato,all the powder masalas and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium flame
  • Then add green peas paste,salt and water as required
  • Cover the pan and cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame
  • Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes in low flame
  • Add fresh cream butter and mix properly
  • Serve hot with chapati
