Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Cooked rice 2 cup


  • Ghee 2 tsp


  • Chopped onion 1 cup


  • Chopped paneer 1 cup


  • Salt 3/4 tsp


  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp


  • Urad dal 1 tsp


  • Channa dal 1 tsp


  • Curry leaves 1 string


  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp


  • Mustard powder 1 tsp


  • Lemon juice 3 tsp


  • Cashews 5-6


  • Green chilli 1


  • Red chilli 1


  • Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp


  • Chopped carrot 1/4 cup

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, Channa dal, let it splutter.
  • Add cashews fry till golden brown
  • Add in curry leaves, carrot chopped and chopped onion fry till translucent.
  • Add paneer cubes, cooked rice, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt, chopped coriander leaves, mix well in low flame.
  • Add mustard seeds powder and lemon juice, give a stir, take off flame and serve in hot.
