Directions
Take some water in a pan and bring to boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for around 10 mins or till it is cooked. Drain and add cold water and drain and keep aside.
Now take the flour and salt. Add water gently in batches and mix it well. Also add the oil and make a smooth dough for the envelope. Cover and keep aside while you make the stuffing.
In a pan add the butter, add the paneer and toast nicely on all sides till slightly golden. Add the tomato, chilly powder, garlic, onion and the spaghetti and toast all together for 5-10 mins.
Make medium sized balls and roll it like a roti. The envelopes should not be too thin nor too thick.
Now layer some paneer first then layer the mix of spaghetti and paneer. Bring the sides of the Envelope to the centre and seal the sides of the envelope and bring the other two end and fold it and press down a bit.
Heat oil in a frying pan. When oil is hot, reduce the heat and add the wraps.
Deep fry these wraps on a low to medium flame until the outer cover becomes golden and crisp on all sides.
Remove and serve with any sauce or dipping of your choice.
