In a large bowl take 2 potatoes, 3 tbsp cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
Mix everything well so that all spices r combined well.
Add 1/4 bread crumbs and combine well.
Prepare cornflour batter by mixing 1/4 cup cornflour, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp salt and water.
Prepare a smooth flowing consistency batter. Pinch a small sized potato dough and roll into square shape.
Dip in cornflour batter covering all sides.
Then roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry the nuggets in hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy...
