Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 kg round gourd (tinda)

  • 3/4 cup grated paneer

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp or according to taste salt

  • 1/2 cup cream

  • 1 Finley chooped green chilli

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Directions

    Wash ,peal all the round gourds and cut into desirable shape .

    Scoop out the seeds.

  • 03

    In a mixing bowl mix well paneer,chilli,ginger,red chilli powder and salt.

    Fill all gourds with paneer stuffing.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  • 06

    Add cumin seeds ,onion ,garlic,turmeric powder, coriander powder .

    Now add stuffed gourds and cover with lid to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till softened.

    Add cream n cook for a minute.

  • 09

    Off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
