Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 bowl sooji

  • 1/2 bowl curd

  • 1/2 bowl water

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/2 packet eno

  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 2-3 boiled potatoes

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 cube processed cheese

  • 1 tbsp crumbled paneer

  • 1 pinch of mustard and cumin seeds

  • 1 green chilli chopped

  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

    Take sooji and curd in a bowl.Mix them well and add salt and black pepper powder.

    Add desired amount of water slowly so that proper consistency is formed to make sooji sheet.

    Add Eno packet and let it settle for 2-3 minutes.

    Take oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds to crackle. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add paneer, green chilli followed by mashed potatoes and salt and turmeric powder.

    Add coriander leaves. Take non stick tawa. Spread this batter prepared already and cook it for 3-4 minutes by flipping on both sides.

    Spread cheese and this Paneer batter with some chaat masala and tomato ketchup.

    Roll and cut with knife.
