Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowl sooji


  • 1/2 bowl curd


  • 1/2 bowl water


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 packet eno


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 2-3 boiled potatoes


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1 cube processed cheese


  • 1 tbsp crumbled paneer


  • 1 pinch of mustard and cumin seeds


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take sooji and curd in a bowl.Mix them well and add salt and black pepper powder.
  • Add desired amount of water slowly so that proper consistency is formed to make sooji sheet.
  • Add Eno packet and let it settle for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds to crackle. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add paneer, green chilli followed by mashed potatoes and salt and turmeric powder.
  • Add coriander leaves. Take non stick tawa. Spread this batter prepared already and cook it for 3-4 minutes by flipping on both sides.
  • Spread cheese and this Paneer batter with some chaat masala and tomato ketchup.
  • Roll and cut with knife.
