1 litre full fat milk
1/2 grated paneer
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup mixed dry fruits
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Boil milk in a thick bottomed pan..
After one boil add grated paneer and cook at low flame and stir regularly.
When it becomes thicker add sugar and cook for 10 minutes .
Now add dry fruits and cardamon powder.
