Ingredients
Serves 4
200 GMs paneer
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon sticks
5-6 cashew paste
1/2 bowl milk
1 tbsp fresh malai
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp paneer masala
Directions
Take oil in a pan. Add bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
Add garlic ginger paste and also onion and tomato paste made in mixer.
Sauté it for sometime till oil specks from sides. Then add cashews paste.
Add all dry spices. When gravy is sautéed well we will add milk and fresh malai.
