Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp maida


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano


  • 1/4 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1/4 cup chopped onions


  • 1 tsp garlic cloves


  • 1/2 cup boiled corn


  • 3 slices bread to make bread crumbs


  • 2 tsp sesame seeds for topping


  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté till soft. Now add garlic cloves.
  • Add maida and stir for half a minute.Reduce flame and add milk while stirring continuously.
  • Add seasoning, salt and pepper and cook till thick paste is formed.
  • Save 1/2 cup bread crumbs and add rest of bread crumbs and corn in white paste prepared. Mix gently and remove from flame.
  • Mix saved bread crumbs with sesame seeds.
  • Make round balls and coat with sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
