For Stuffing : Boiled potatoes -1/2 cup Crumbled Paneer - 1/2 cup Salt to taste Green chilli - 1tsp finely chopped Bhuna jeera powder - 1/4 tsp Amchoor - 1/4 tsp Hara dhania - 1tsp chopped Big Spinach leaves - 10-12 pc. For batter : Besan - 1 cup Salt to taste Lal mirch powder - 1/4 tsp Soda bicarb - a pinch Ajwain - 1/4 tsp Oil to fry
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredients of stuffing.
Wash n dry spinach leaves.
Now spread spinach leaf n spread stuffing n roll tightly. Roll all likewise. Keep aside.
Now in a bowl mix all ingredients of batter.
Heat oil.
Now one by one dip roll in a batter n fry it in medium hot oil till golden n crispy.
Serve hot with choice of ur chutney/dip/ketchup.
