Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 250 Grams Fresh Paneer Cut Into Cubes

  • 3 green Bell Pepper

  • Milk 1/2cup

  • Cream 2 tablespoon

  • 3 Onions Medium Size

  • 3 tomatoes medium size

  • 2 Green chillies

  • 1 inch garlic

  • 6 Garlic cloves

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon coriander Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/3 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • 1 Teaspoon paneer masala

  • 1 Teaspoon Kitchen king masala

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida

  • 3 Tablespoon Oil

  • Chopped Coriander leaves For Garnishing

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan and roast cumin seeds with asafoetida till aroma comes.

    Now make puree of onions , ginger , garlic , green chilly and tomatoes.

    Add puree in the pan and keep sauting till oil oozes out .

  • 04

    Now add bell peppers following with all spices. Saute for another 5 minutes with lid. Don't overcook . We want bit crunchy bell peppers .

    After 5 minutes add milk & cream . (Additional of these give mild flavour and nice texture to the dish. )

    Stir gently and simmer for another 5 minutes so that all the flavours can well Incorporated in the curry.

    In the meantime add fresh paneer cubes and gently stir it.

    Our yummy dish is ready now. Garnish with coriander leaves and bit cream. Serve hot with naan , chapati, rice or parantha .
