Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • For stuffing.... Malai 2 tbs


  • Cucumber finely chopped 1 cup


  • Onion chopped 1 cup


  • Tomato chopped 1 cup


  • Paneer grated 2 cup


  • Veg Mayyonies 1 cup


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Jeera 1 tsp


  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp


  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbs


  • French beans chopped 1 tbsp


  • Capsicum chopped 1 tbsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp


  • Pepper powder 1 tsp


  • For batter.. Besan flour 1 cup


  • Rice flour 1 tbsp


  • Water 1 1/2 cup


  • Salt 1/4 tsp


  • Ajwain seeds 1 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp


  • Bread slices 10


  • Cooking oil 1/2 ltr for deep fry

Directions

  • Add Besan flour, rice flour, Salt, turmeric powder, Ajwain and water into a mixing bowl.
  • Use a wired whisk to mix the batter and make a thick flowing smooth batter without lumps.
  • Take bread slices, cut the edges and keep aside.
  • Combine all ingredients under stuffing.
  • Adjust the salt and garam masala powder.
  • Mix well and keep ready.
  • Take one bread slice place sufficient stuffing, cover with another plain bread slice and press gently.
  • Cut the stuffed bread into four pieces, keep aside and follow same for remaining.
  • Heat cooking oil.
  • When the oil becomes hot, coat the stuffed bread slices with batter and deep fry in medium flame.
  • When the one side is light golden, gently flip the pakoras, continue frying the other side till golden and crisp.
  • Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Serve cheesy paneer pakoras with sauce.
