Add Besan flour, rice flour, Salt, turmeric powder, Ajwain and water into a mixing bowl.
Use a wired whisk to mix the batter and make a thick flowing smooth batter without lumps.
Take bread slices, cut the edges and keep aside.
Combine all ingredients under stuffing.
Adjust the salt and garam masala powder.
Mix well and keep ready.
Take one bread slice place sufficient stuffing, cover with another plain bread slice and press gently.
Cut the stuffed bread into four pieces, keep aside and follow same for remaining.
Heat cooking oil.
When the oil becomes hot, coat the stuffed bread slices with batter and deep fry in medium flame.
When the one side is light golden, gently flip the pakoras, continue frying the other side till golden and crisp.
Remove the pakoras with a slotted spoon, drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve cheesy paneer pakoras with sauce.
