Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cup dosa batter


  • 1 cup grated paneer


  • 2 chopped onion


  • 1 chopped tomatoes


  • 1 chopped capsicum


  • 1/2 cup schezwan sauce


  • 4 tsp butter


  • 2tsp Salt


  • 4 tsp oil

Directions

  • Grease tawa with oil n spread the dosa batter in circular shape.
  • Just then put few drops of oil on the sides of dosa n spread 1 tsp schezwan sauce on dosa.
  • Now put chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicum, grated paneer, 1 tsp butter,1 pinch salt , 1tsp schezwan sauce on the dosa, cook it on simmer.
  • Mix all the ingredients n spread them all over the dosa, let them cook properly on simmer for 5 mins.(if you want to cook vegetables more then you can cover dosa with plate or lid).
  • Sizzling Schezwan Paneer Dosa is ready , serve it with favorite sauce or chutney.
