  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tomato


  • 8 kalia lahsun


  • 1 inch adrak


  • 1 tejptta 1 choti ilayachi 1 badi ilaychi


  • 2 laung


  • 4 kalimirch


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp dhniya


  • 1/2 tsp mirch powder


  • 4 kaju


  • 2 tbsp malai 1/2 tsp namak 1 tbsp oil


  • 1tsp kasuri methi


  • 1/4 cup green boiled matar

Directions

  • Onion,tomato,garlic,ginger ko bade pieces me kaat len
  • Pani boil kren aur tamater,pyaj,kaju,lehsun, adrak ko soft hone tak ubalen.thanda kar ke 1 tbsp malai dal kar pis len
  • Paneer ko patle patle strips me 1 inch lmbai me kat len
  • Do paneer ke tukdo ke beech me schezwan sauce lga kr chipka den.aur pan me tel dal kar grill kr len
