For the dough
Mix the flour ,curd, salt baking soda , knead a stiff dough using enough water.
Divide the dough into 24 equal portions (for 12 pooris) and keep aside.
For Stuffing
Heat a small pan with 2 teaspoon of oil in it.
Add kasoori methi then onions and salt soute till onions get transparent.
Now add remaning stuffing ingredients
Divide the stuffing into 12 equal portions and keep aside.
Roll out two portion of the dough into a thin round circles (poori) with the help of a little oil.
Put one portion of the stuffing in the centre and cover the stuffing with another poori completely. Press the edges or cut it with a steel bowl with sharp edges.
Repeat with the remaining portions and stuffing to make 11 more stuffed puris.
Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the puris, a few at a time, till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve immediately.
