Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 Gm panner


  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tea spoon 🥄 Black paper


  • 1/2 ts salt


  • 1/2 ts chaat masala


  • 1/2 ts Garam masala


  • 1/4 ts cumin sheeds


  • 2’3 spoon of water

Directions

  • First cut panner in 2 -2 “ cube keep in fridge for 5 minuets,Now take A mixer jar Add chopped coriander And 2’3 Green chilli 🌶 put salt and cumin sheeds add garam masala Add Black paper add 2 spoon water grind it make A smooth paste Now remove panner cube in fridge magnet them with green chatni or 2’3 drop of oil keep Again for 7 minuets in friger now keep A Tawa grees taa with some drop olive oil or Ghee cellos fry panner cube on Tawa help of olive oil fry till Done Both side crispy its done you can Enjoy 😊 with chatni or cheesy Dip
