Ingredients
Serves 4
Freshly Chopped coriander 4-5 cups
Grated and roasted dry coconut 1 tablespoon
Roasted chironji 1/2 tablespoon
Roasted poppy seeds 2 teaspoons
Roasted coriander seeds 2 teaspoons
Salt 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Amchoor powder or raw mango powder 1 teaspoon
Chana dal flour or besan 2 cups
Maida 1 cup
Oil 2-3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Crushed garlic 2-3 teaspoons
Directions
In a mixing bowl, take chopped coriander, amchoor powder, red chilli powder, some salt to taste, sugar , roasted poppy seeds, roasted coconut, crushed garlic and mix well to prepare stuffing
Now, in a mixing bowl take chana dal flour, maida, baking powder, salt to taste and some turmeric powder. Mix it well and prepare a semi soft dough using water
Now take, sufficient amount of dough and roll out of big and thin chapati
Spread sufficient Reddy stuffing on chapati
now carefully, roll this chapati into a bundle and cut into 2 inches pieces
By the time time, preheat oven on 200 degree centigrade
now place all the rolls on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees
Once cooled completely, store in an air tight container and enjoy anytime with your family and friends
