Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gm crumbled/grated paneer


  • 2 medium size onion (pealed)


  • 8-10 garlic cloves (pealed)


  • 1 tsp grated ginger


  • 2 medium size green chilli


  • 2 medium size red chilli


  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/4 tsp oragano


  • 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning mix


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise


  • 2 tsp oil/butter/ghee

Directions

  • take onion,garlic n chillies in a chopper.
  • Chop them finely.
  • Heat oil/butter/ghee in a pan.
  • Add onin-garlic mix n cook on mideum high flame for 1 minute.
  • Add grated ginger,oregano,chilli flakes n pizza seasoning n mix.
  • Now add crumbled/grated paneer n cook for a minute.
  • Now add mayonnaise n mix well at low flame.
  • Add salt according to your taste n Cook for a minute .
  • Off the flame .Pour it into a serving bowl ,garnish with fresh chilli n tomato an serve it hot as a starter /main curry.
