Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 gm crumbled/grated paneer

  • 2 medium size onion (pealed)

  • 8-10 garlic cloves (pealed)

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2 medium size green chilli

  • 2 medium size red chilli

  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1/4 tsp oragano

  • 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning mix

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp oil/butter/ghee

Directions

    take onion,garlic n chillies in a chopper.

  • 02

    Chop them finely.

  • 03

    Heat oil/butter/ghee in a pan.

  • 04

    Add onin-garlic mix n cook on mideum high flame for 1 minute.

    Add grated ginger,oregano,chilli flakes n pizza seasoning n mix.

    Now add crumbled/grated paneer n cook for a minute.

    Now add mayonnaise n mix well at low flame.

    Add salt according to your taste n Cook for a minute .

  • 09

    Off the flame .Pour it into a serving bowl ,garnish with fresh chilli n tomato an serve it hot as a starter /main curry.
