Ingredients
Serves 4
250 gm crumbled/grated paneer
2 medium size onion (pealed)
8-10 garlic cloves (pealed)
1 tsp grated ginger
2 medium size green chilli
2 medium size red chilli
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp oragano
1/2 tsp pizza seasoning mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp oil/butter/ghee
Directions
take onion,garlic n chillies in a chopper.
Chop them finely.
Heat oil/butter/ghee in a pan.
Add onin-garlic mix n cook on mideum high flame for 1 minute.
Add grated ginger,oregano,chilli flakes n pizza seasoning n mix.
Now add crumbled/grated paneer n cook for a minute.
Now add mayonnaise n mix well at low flame.
Add salt according to your taste n Cook for a minute .
Off the flame .Pour it into a serving bowl ,garnish with fresh chilli n tomato an serve it hot as a starter /main curry.
