Grated lauki me 1/4tsp salt dalkar 5 min chhod de.
5 min bad hath se nichod kar sara lauki ka pani nikal le.
Ek bowl me paneer, bread crumbs or oil ko chhodkar ...green paste, lauki or baki ki sare kofte ke ing ek sath mila le.
Isko 4 part me divide kar ke or paneer ko bhi 4 part me divide karke balls bana le.
Kofta ka ball banake uske beech me paneer ka ball rakh ke fir se ball bana le.
Fir bread crumbs me achhe se lapet kar garam oil me golden brown hone tak fry kare.
Ready balls ko tissue par nikal kar side me rakh de.
Chettinad greavy method-
Ek pan me oil garam kare.
Fir ek karke dry ing. Oil me add kre...Tomato or chana 5 min ke baad dalna h.
5 min low flame par masala ko chalate huye roast kare.
Fir tomato or chana add karke 2 min cook kare or gas band kar de.
Masalo ko puri tarah se thanda hone de room temperature par.
Thanda hone par mixi me smooth paste bana le.....Agar jaroorat ho to thodasa pani add kare.
Preparation for sabji- Ek pan me oil garam hone par ready kri huyi paste add karke 5 min cook kare....Low flame par.
Greavy se oil alag hone par isme masale, tomato or salt or thodasa pani add karke 5 min or cook kare....Jarurat ke hisab se pani add kre.
Lemon juice add kare or gas band kre or ready kre huye kofte ko beech se kat kar greavy me dale.
Dhaniya patti se garnish karke roti ya rice ke sath serv kare.
