Ingredients
Serves 4
Mutton Keema: 1/4 kg
Onion: 1 large finely chopped
Ginger garlic: 1 tsp crushed
Green chillies: 2 finely chopped
Eggs: 2
Bread slices: 4
Bread crumbs: 1 cup
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Oil: 1 cup for frying
For Mayonaisse: Egg yolks: 2
Vegetable oil: 200 ml
Lemon: 1
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 3/4 tsp
For Assembling: Burger buns: 4
Cheese slices: 4
Lettuce leaves: 4 pieces
Tomatoes: 4 sliced pieces
Onion: 1/2 cup juliened
Capsicum: 1/4 cup julienned
Directions
Boil the Keema for 5 mins. Drain the water and transfer it to a bowl.
Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and all dry spice powders and mix well.
Lightly soak the bread slices in water and crush and mix it with Keema.
Add 1 egg and mix well.
Divide it into 4medium sized balls and flatten it into patty form.
Heat oil for frying the patty.
Dip the patty in bewten egg first and roll it over bread crumbs and drop in to the oil and deep fry both sides till golden brown.
Similarly fry all the patty,drain and keep aside.
For Mayonaise, separate egg yolks from 2 eggs into a bowl.
Whisk the egg yolks with a hand whisker for sometime.
Now along with whisking simultaneously add the oil.
Add juice of 1 lemon and salt and black pepper powder.
Keep on whisking till you get the desired creamy consistency.
For Assembling, slightly roast the burger buns on tawa.
Place the lettuce leaf on base layer, place patty on top. Add Mayonaise on top.
Top it with sliced onions and capsicum.
Place cheese slice and cover it with another half of bun.
Serve immediately.
