Ingredients

  • 2 left over roti


  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese


  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • 1/8 teaspoon Red chillie powder


  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 2 teaspoon Oil or ghee for roasting


  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • break 2 eggs in a bowl, add Salt, chillie, cumin, garam masala powder and beat lightly With a fork.
  • Heat a tawa, I used a deep tawa
  • Add 1 teaspoon oil and spread it lightly
  • Place a roti over the oiled tawa
  • Transfer the egg mixture on the roti
  • Let the eggs cook slightly, for around 1-2 minutes
  • But the eggs should be still wet on the top
  • Now evenly spread the grated cheese over the egg mixture
  • Place another roti and press gently
  • When the bottom roti is roasted, add a teaspoon of oil to the roti on upperside and carefully flip the paratha
  • Now cover the pan With a lid. Turn the stove on low flame
  • The eggs should be cooked thoroughly.
  • Turn of flame , once done.
  • Remove paratha on serving plate and run a pizza cutter and divide in 4 portions
  • Serve with sauce
