break 2 eggs in a bowl, add Salt, chillie, cumin, garam masala powder and beat lightly With a fork.
Heat a tawa, I used a deep tawa
Add 1 teaspoon oil and spread it lightly
Place a roti over the oiled tawa
Transfer the egg mixture on the roti
Let the eggs cook slightly, for around 1-2 minutes
But the eggs should be still wet on the top
Now evenly spread the grated cheese over the egg mixture
Place another roti and press gently
When the bottom roti is roasted, add a teaspoon of oil to the roti on upperside and carefully flip the paratha
Now cover the pan With a lid. Turn the stove on low flame
The eggs should be cooked thoroughly.
Turn of flame , once done.
Remove paratha on serving plate and run a pizza cutter and divide in 4 portions
Serve with sauce
