1 cup peanut
salt to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
1/2 teaspoon black papper powder
Wash and Peel potato skin and grate with a thik grater and keep it in water.
Take the potato in cloth and spread it well. then pat dry with another towel.
Heat oil in a pan fry the peanut and keep it aside then add grated potato fry on medium flame fry till they become golden and crisp.
take a large bowl add fried grated potato, peanut, salt, chili powder, chat masala, sugar, black paper powder and mix slightly.
serve hot with tea.
