Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes


  • 1 cup peanut


  • salt to taste


  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon black papper powder

Directions

  • Wash and Peel potato skin and grate with a thik grater and keep it in water.
  • Take the potato in cloth and spread it well. then pat dry with another towel.
  • Heat oil in a pan fry the peanut and keep it aside then add grated potato fry on medium flame fry till they become golden and crisp.
  • take a large bowl add fried grated potato, peanut, salt, chili powder, chat masala, sugar, black paper powder and mix slightly.
  • serve hot with tea.
