Ingredients

  • Asafoetida 1/4 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp


  • Mustard seed 1 tbsp


  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped


  • Garlic 1 tbsp chopped


  • Green chilli 6 chopped


  • Garam masala 1 tbsp


  • Rice flour 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste


  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp


  • oil 3 tbsp


  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 1. In a bowl add besan, rice flour, water and mix well and make a dosa consistancy.
  • 2. In a pan, add oil, cumin seed, mustard seed, carrom seed, and onion and saute for a minute.
  • 3. Add Turmeric, coriander leaves and mixes well.
  • 4. Add gram flour mixture and keep stirring till it combined well for around 5 minutes.
  • 5. Removed it in greesed tin and spread it evenly in a tin.
  • 6. Cool down the mixture for about 20 minutes and unmould it.
  • 7. Cut them into one inches cubes.
  • 8. Deep fry it till golden brown on both sides on medium flame.
  • 9. Served with imli chutney.
