1. In a bowl add besan, rice flour, water and mix well and make a dosa consistancy.
2. In a pan, add oil, cumin seed, mustard seed, carrom seed, and onion and saute for a minute.
3. Add Turmeric, coriander leaves and mixes well.
4. Add gram flour mixture and keep stirring till it combined well for around 5 minutes.
5. Removed it in greesed tin and spread it evenly in a tin.
6. Cool down the mixture for about 20 minutes and unmould it.
7. Cut them into one inches cubes.
8. Deep fry it till golden brown on both sides on medium flame.
9. Served with imli chutney.
