Ingredients

  • Besan 1 katori

  • Paneer 5 to 6 tbsp mashed

  • Capsicum 1 chopped

  • Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste

  • Red chilli 1 tbsp

  • Ajwayan 1 tbsp

  • Onion 1 chopped

  • green chilli 2 chop

  • oil 5 to 6 tbsp

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.( besan, salt, red chilli, capsicum, ajwayan, green chilli, onion, 2 tbsp oil.

    Add water and make a smooth paste.

    Hot a tawa. Spread 1 tbsp oil and then pour 4 tbsp of mixture and spread with the help of spoon.

    Turns when it became golden brown from one side and turn again when golden brown from second side.

    Remove it in plate.

  • 06

    In a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil then salt and red chilli, add paneer and mix

  • 07

    Put 2 tbsp of paneer mixture on chilla.

  • 08

    Served with imli chutney or Ketchup.
