Ingredients

  • Besan 1 katori


  • Paneer 5 to 6 tbsp mashed


  • Capsicum 1 chopped


  • Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste


  • Red chilli 1 tbsp


  • Ajwayan 1 tbsp


  • Onion 1 chopped


  • green chilli 2 chop


  • oil 5 to 6 tbsp

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.( besan, salt, red chilli, capsicum, ajwayan, green chilli, onion, 2 tbsp oil.
  • Add water and make a smooth paste.
  • Hot a tawa. Spread 1 tbsp oil and then pour 4 tbsp of mixture and spread with the help of spoon.
  • Turns when it became golden brown from one side and turn again when golden brown from second side.
  • Remove it in plate.
  • In a pan add 1/2 tbsp oil then salt and red chilli, add paneer and mix
  • Put 2 tbsp of paneer mixture on chilla.
  • Served with imli chutney or Ketchup.
