Ingredients

Serves 4

  • All purpose refined flour 4 cups

  • Oil 5-6 cups

  • Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Salt 1-2 teaspoon

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

  • Crushed black pepper corns 2 teaspoons

Directions

    In a mixing bowl take all purpose refined flour, some salt , cumin seeds, carrom seeds and 3 -4 tablespoons of oil

  • 02

    Mix well amd knead a tight dough using little butter milk. keep it covered aside for rest for 10 minutes

    By the time heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom pan

    Prepare small balls out of ready dough

  • 05

    Lightly flatten them in to small puris, with palm or use rolling pin . Then prick all with the help of knife or fork (it prevent puris from puffing)

    Deep fry all matthis on very low heat till golden and crisp from all over

    Ready

    Once completely cold , store in air tight container and enjoy anytime
