Saboodana : 1 cup soaked Boiled potatoes : 1 cup mashed Roasted n crushed peanuts - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves - 1 tsp Green chillies : 1 tsp Senda namak - 1 tsp Oil to fry Satay sticks as required
Directions
In a bowl mix all ingredients n bind it properly.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take satay sticks n roll little mixture around it. Bind it tightly.
Deep fry untill golden brown n crisp.
Serve hot with spicy yogurt dip.
