  • For dough : Maida - 1 cup Salt to taste Oil - 1tbsp Stuffing : Boiled n mashed potatoes - 1 cup Green chilli chopped - 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Amchur powder - 1 /4 tsp Salt to taste Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp Mint chutney Sweet tamarind chutney Baarik sev for garnish Oil for frying

    In a bowl take maida , salt n oil . Mix well n knead dough with warm water. Keep aside for 10- 15 mins. In other bowl mix all ingredients for stuffing. Now take little portion of dough n roll like chapatti. Cut it half like semi circle. Now take cone mould n roll one portion of roti n roll over it. Fry it on medium hot oil till golden brown n crispy. Accordingly fry all. Let it cool . U can store this for a week or ten days. Now take one fried cone put potato stuffing n apply mint/green chutney n sweet /tamarind chutney over it . Sprinkle enough sev over it. Can b enjoyed n served at kitty parties/ get together / birthday parties .
