mash all the potatoes well with a potato masher. Add paneer and mix it.
In a large bowl add kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger, salt, 1 tbsp oil.
Wash the peel of bittergourd and squeeze the extra water from peel..
then add some bread crumbs and peel in bowl and mix well.
take a small portion roll it and press lightly with ur palm and give a round shape.
after that, hot a non stick pan add 1 tbsp oil and put 2 or 3 cutlets on it.
after 5 minutes turn it when golden brown from one side and turn again when golden brown from another side.
put the cutlet over absorbent paper.
finally, serve cutlet with tomato sauce or green cutney.
