Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes


  • Paneer 4 tbsp mashed


  • 1/2 onion finely chopped


  • 1/2 tbsp garlic finely chopped


  • 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • salt as required or 1/2 tbsp


  • 2 tbsp bittergourd peel


  • 4 to 5 tbsp rava or bread crumbs


  • Oil 4 to 5 tbsp

Directions

  • mash all the potatoes well with a potato masher. Add paneer and mix it.
  • In a large bowl add kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger, salt, 1 tbsp oil.
  • Wash the peel of bittergourd and squeeze the extra water from peel..
  • then add some bread crumbs and peel in bowl and mix well.
  • take a small portion roll it and press lightly with ur palm and give a round shape.
  • after that, hot a non stick pan add 1 tbsp oil and put 2 or 3 cutlets on it.
  • after 5 minutes turn it when golden brown from one side and turn again when golden brown from another side.
  • put the cutlet over absorbent paper.
  • finally, serve cutlet with tomato sauce or green cutney.
