  • Ingredients for PASTA BOMBS : Ciba Pasta - 1cup boiled Strawberry - 1 tbsp finely chopped Vermicelli - 1 tbsp crushed Bread crumbs -1 tsp Cheese spread - 1 tsp Chopped nuts - 1tsp Tutifruiti - 1tsp Icing sugar - 1 tbsp. Cornflour slurry - 1/4 cup Oil to fry For strawberry custard sauce : Milk - 1-1/2 cup Strawberry custard powder - 2 tbsp Sugar - 1 tbsp Strawberry crush

    Boil 1 cup milk in a pan . In remaining half cup of milk add strawberry custard powder n mix well. Pour this mixture into boiling milk by stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add sugar. When thicken n cool keep it in fridge for chilling. Now in a bowl mix all the ingredients except vermicelli n slurry. Bind it carefully n make balls. Dip balls in slurry n coat with vermicelli. Prepare all. Heat oil. Fry these balls on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour n crispy. Fry all n keep aside. Now pour chilled custard sauce in shots (glasses) . Over that carefully pour strawberry crush. Now on the top of glasses put fried pasta balls n garnish with chocolate sauce n mint leaf. Presentation on individuals choice. Enjoy delightful dessert to beat the heat.
