Boil 1 cup milk in a pan . In remaining half cup of milk add strawberry custard powder n mix well.
Pour this mixture into boiling milk by stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add sugar. When thicken n cool keep it in fridge for chilling.
Now in a bowl mix all the ingredients except vermicelli n slurry. Bind it carefully n make balls.
Dip balls in slurry n coat with vermicelli. Prepare all.
Heat oil. Fry these balls on medium hot oil till golden brown in colour n crispy.
Fry all n keep aside.
Now pour chilled custard sauce in shots (glasses) .
Over that carefully pour strawberry crush.
Now on the top of glasses put fried pasta balls n garnish with chocolate sauce n mint leaf.
Presentation on individuals choice.
