  • For dough : Maida - 1 cup Beetroot & wheat flour - 1/2 cup Salt to taste Ghee - 2 tbsp Oil to fry For stuffing : Boiled n mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup Onions - 1/4 cup chopped Mutter - 1/4 cup boiled Green chillies - 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp Amchur - 1/4 tsp

    Take maida n put salt n 1 tbsp ghee n knead firm dough. Cover n keep aside. Take beetroot flour n add salt n ghee n knead firm dough. Cover n keep aside. In a bowl mix all ingredients of stuffing n keep aside. Now roll maida roti n beetroot roti separately. Now take beetroot roti n keep over maida roti. Roll both together. (Shown in pic) Cut roundels n roll like puri n stuff little potato mixture n bind it like potli. Prepare all accordingly. Now heat oil n fry all on medium hot oil. Flower samosas r ready. Serve with chutneys /dips/ ketchup.
